Since the nature of the operation is IT enabled and service oriented, the exact jurisdiction of area is not applicable. However to avoid unhealthy business practice, we shall assign a particular revenue area to the franchise as his exclusive area. But it shall not restrict the franchise to extent his service outside his exclusive zone where no other Franchise is functioning.
