Job Description
We are looking for a female front office executive/administrator for our kochi office.
Duties includes :rn
• communication to clients over phone, email and chat tools
• communication with external team resourcesrn
• take care of daily activities of the office
• handle accounts and finance related to revenue and expensesrn
Eligibility & Skills :
• Degree/Diplomarn
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience handling front office activities
• Very good knowledge in MSOffice especially Excelrn
• General awareness of internet & Web Design Technologies
• Good communication skill (both English and Malayalam - written and spoken)rn
• Smart looking and presentable
• Attitude to work regardless of clock hours (anytime on demand including holidays)rn
