Responsible for dealing with client queries.
Ensures quality service in co-ordination of customers and vendors.
Ensures clear and effective communication to clients.
Handling In bound & Out bound calls.
To exercise high degree of tact and poise and occasionally overcoming language barriers.
Inventory management of Unit supplies.
Maintaining MIS reports
Resolution of day-to-day operational issues.
Escalate in case of major variance in operational issues.
Quality improvement implementation.
