Job Description
Maintain web servers (Linux / windows , Dedicated, VPS, Collocated server)
• Routine backups of all websites & mail servers
• Handle support tickets related to server side complaints / issues
• Manage and maintain server of our clients
• Manage & Maintain local server (office), networking, printers & accessories
• Remote support may be needed during after office timings / holidays if the requirement is critical (e.g Web / Mail server down etc…)
