Job Description

Frezhminds is looking for a highly competent personality for their Star category client and Top players in the hospitality industry throughout south of India to fulfil these Roles and Responsibilities:
• Train, supervise and support office staff, including receptionists, security guards and call centre agents
• Schedule shifts.
• Ensure timely and accurate customer service.
• Ensure smooth check in and check out to the guest.
• Maintain Check in register and documents for filing GST.
• Handle complaints and specific customers requests
• Daily maintenance of Inventories.
• Troubleshoot emergencies.
• Monitor stock and order office supplies
• Ensure front desk is tidy and has all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and informative leaflets)
• Ensure proper mail distribution
• Prepare and monitor office budget
• Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
• Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met
Education & other required qualification/experience/skills for the job:
• Proven work experience as a Front desk or Reception
• Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
• Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management and basic bookkeeping procedures
• Proficiency in English (oral and written)
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Problem-solving skills

Experience:Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience from Hotel Industry
