Job Description
Responsible for transforming requirements into architecture and design documents between the internal HR business communities. Gather, document and present estimates for efforts. Translates high-level, complex business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization, manages changes to such specifications, and educates the IT organization on the direction of the business. Must be able to understand and predict how all the pieces will fit together and identify potential issues and risks to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
