Job Description
• Identify new deals openings through Inbound lead development and Outbound calls and messages.
• Propose online enlistment arrangements online, perform compelling on the web demos to prospects, arrange and close the request.
• Maintain and grow the database of prospects.
• Close deals and accomplish Monthly targets.
• Analyze and keep up all Client Service Level Agreements.
• Responsible for cost administration.
• Responsible for choosing, preparing, creating, and overseeing execution of expert.
• Handling Team of Tele Sales official and Team pioneers and all tasks give an account of regular routine.
• Should have involvement in Voice process and driving floor and give timely deliverables.
• Should likewise have some involvement in driving up-offering simultaneously.
• Minimum experience of 2 years with 3 years of least involvement in BPO industry.
• Should have an involvement in outbound Sales process
• Should not be from an IT or Collections profile.
