Job Description
Urgent Requirement for HR Executive for Info Park .
Recruit, screen, interview, hire and dismiss employees as necessary, following all HR processes and procedures.
• Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
• Organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed
• Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
• Leaves and Attendance Management.
• Handling the payroll.
• Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
• To maintain complete confidentiality about HR issues in the company and employee related information.
• To execute and manage day to day HR operations
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting
• The candidate should be open and an active team player who is willing to provide new ideas and suggestions and implement them.
• Knowledge of latest HR trends & should have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS)
Education: MBA Specialized in HR.
