Need Tech Support Executives for Inbound Tech Support Process.
6 months of experience is mandatory.
Here, One has to answer the incoming call and solve out the issues which client is facing down . The call might be pop-up call, ppc call and any other call regarding Mac Computers and Windows Computers or regarding any other peripheral devices.
Features:-
One should have prior experience of 6 months in Tech Support whether it’s inbound or outbound.
One should know how to take European calls especially German,French,Dutch and more languages.
Qualifications:- Graduates. Undergraduates can also apply.
Age Criteria:- 18 years to 30 years of age.
Should have good communication skills.
Should be flexible.
Should have positive vibes.
