Job Profile :
Role: customer support association;

Process:

Voice process,Outbound voice process- Banking domain,Non voice process (chat & email) and F & A process.

Salary : 1.5L - 2.3L

Shifts : Rotational/Night shifts/dayshifts.

Job Location : Hyderabad

Transportation : Pick & Drop

Work Experience : Freshers (2016, 2017, 2018)

Competency Requirements:

Excellent communication skills spoken and written in English

Effective Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Good Analytical & Logical Ability

Must be Tech/Internet, keenness to learn about new technology

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Any Graduate 2016,2017, 2018

Flexible to work in any Shifts.

Mandatory documents :

All Education Documents(10+2 & Degree Consolidated and Provisional Memos), PAN Card, Voter Id And Aadhar Card.
