Job Description
Handle all the IT course enquiries via voice and non-voice process.
Inform about our IT Online Training services such as Individual Online Training, Corporate Online Training and Corporate Offline Training.
Deliver proper information about course curriculum, course fee, course duration, recorded video sessions access etc to the Enquirer
Communicate and coordinate with the Trainers/ Instructors and the training participants and conduct demo sessions and training batch sessions.
Follow-up of enquiries that are inboxed from various countries and make a record of them in the CRM software.
Good negotiating skills and convincing skills
