Job Description:
Business Associates get to groom their personality and managerial skills and get promoted as CREW LEADER after the completion of their "on the job training" for 6-10 months and then to Business head in another 6 months in 5 levels.
Below mentioned are the levels of training and key responsibilities-
LEVEL 1: Management Trainee: Sales & Marketing / Business Development / Customer Acquisition / Client Representation
LEVEL 2: Corporate Trainer : HR/ Training & Development / Recruitment Process
LEVEL 3: Team Manager : Team Management / Leadership Development / Conflict Management
LEVEL 4: Asst. Business Head: Administration / Operations / Finance
