Responsibilities and Duties
• Selling memberships through effective renewals and marketing strategies.
• Building strong relationship with the clients & achieving the targets.
• Counselling aspiring client & helping in choosing the plan for them.
• Handling all the enquiries.
• Responsible for selling memberships at the Gym through Marketing & Promotional Activities.
• Responsible for achieving targets.
• To maintain the highest level of professional competence in the industry, exceed all standards, indices and benchmarks, and offer customers the latest and the best in the fitness industry.
• Being the mirror of the organization, to behave in a very professional manner and always acquiring the professional ethics.
• Maintaining Customer Service Standards.
• Promoting and Marketing the business.
• Model appropriate professional behavior and team participation for the staff. Cultivate a positive attitude toward work
• Raise the quality and productivity of communication with customers
Qualifications and Skills
• A high standard of personal integrity, discretion and tact, maintaining confidentiality Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Aptitude for identifying opportunities for improving performance
• Good working knowledge of the MS Office products
• Excellent communicator (at all levels)

Salary: ₹200,000.00 to ₹250,000.00 /year
