Attendance Management
Leave Management
Exit Formality
Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel

Job Profile:
• New Employee Joining Formalities
• Maintaining MIS.
• Update & Maintaining Employee leave record in Software as well as Excel.
• Update Daily & Monthly Attendance Record in Software as well as Excel
• Absenteeism Analysis.
• Grievance handling various staff & worker issues/queries.
• Handling the complete recruitment life-cycle to meet manpower requirements

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
• Confidence and presence to effectively handle interpersonal relationships and sensitive HR issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in deadline-driven environment.
• Should be good at MS Office and other important HR tools.
• Any Graduate - Any Specialization (PG/MBA Preferable).
• Having 2-3 yrs Experience in same field.
• Salary Range Gross Rs. 15000/- pm (Negotiable for right candidate)
