Should have sound experience in generating leads with and experience in outsourcing and out staffing resource
Information-technology business-development specialist must have a proven track record in generating leads.
Given the responsibilities and financial targets set by the employer, the business-development specialist must be able to work effectively under pressure.
The primary job responsibility is to find and assess a business opportunity in his assigned territory for information-technology sales
Whether it is seeking leads in new markets or existing markets, the business-development specialist must be able to convince a potential client of the advantages of implementing an IT solution to help improve business
A business-development specialist must thoroughly learn the marketplace and trends, so as to fine tune and adapt to the ever-changing information-technology business. The sales aspect necessitates networking, attending trade events and conferences.
Qualification Required:
Job involves interacting with both senior management and technical staff, so excellent communication skills are a must.
We operate globally, an understanding of various cultures and languages helps break down barriers when dealing with international clients.
Should know all the right IT terminology and understands the requisite sales pitch tactics must possess good presentation skills.
Should also be a good team player, exude confidence and possess good interpersonal skills.
