Requirement for Customer care executive.

Participate in field-marketing activities to improve the brand visibility of IIFL _GL branch in the proper catchment areas.
Sales & marketing activities on daily basis for generating the business
New KYC generation & customer service of a GL Branch.
Attend customer queries about IIFL gold loan & its various schemes.
Provide after sales service to existing customers and obtain references from them to increase customer base.
Verify customer’s KYC & complete online registration.
Call customer as per CRM lead
Generate leads by cold and reference calling.
Call customers for interest collection.
Ensure proper customer relation for renewal & reference.
Handle front desk activity & maintain data on CRM .
Drive cross-selling of other financial instruments of IIFL.
Participate in field-marketing activities to improve the brand visibility of IIFL _GL branch in the proper catchment areas.
Adhere standard operations procedure of organization.
