Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Primary Responsibilities:
• The Tele callers should attain a minimum of 180 productive calls per day
• Tele callers should convert those calls and make our Sales executives to visit them
• The Tele callers should make sure that the customer which they pitch should be a valuable customer who has more than 1 core turn over
• Minimum of 2 visit calls the Tele callers should achieve daily
• If there are any follow-ups from the customer side then it should be noted down in the dairy and it should be followed up correctly
• On each and every call they make the Tele callers should ask the customer for reference and try to make them spread word of mouth about our company
• After the customers information are provided to the Sales executives then Tele caller should follow up till the file is been collected and processed
• There is a data base of the existing customer and it should be followed-up regularly by the Tele callers
• Each and every day the Tele callers should enter the details of the calls made to the customer, how many attended, how many got converted in the productivity note
