Job Description

Urgent Requirement for BIM Team Leader in Ernakulam.

1. Assign tasks for BIM Modelers based on
project delivery schedule and client
requirement received through onsite team
(BIM Coordinators and BIM Engineers).
2. Create, maintain, amend and manage BIM
models of the specified discipline to
ensure healthy BIM models and database.
3. The ability to understand, interpret all
project-related documents (e.g.
specifications, design details and material
cut sheets), transform the information to
3D modeling, 2D detailing & other nongraphical
information and incorporate
them into the BIM Models.
4. Review all deliverables including 3D
models, 2D drawings, schedules, clash
reports, BOQs and other required
documents against the project
specifications, design details and material
submittals before sending the same to
onsite team for review.
5. Create and develop Revit Families as per
project specifications and material
submittals.
6. Collaborate with other disciplines BIM
Team Leads in multidisciplinary 3D
coordination, agree on the coordination
rules & space assessment to ultimately
reach zero-clash models.
7. Ensure LOD of models prescribed in the
BIM Execution Plan.
