Responsibilities and Duties

Good knowledge of International Marketing
Handling all correspondence for all international clients via mail and voice.
Knowledge of all banking instrument LC/TT and CAD and DA etc.
Good knowledge of Incoterms.
Knowledge of currency USD/EURO/POUNDS.
Sending quotation to the buyers on day to day basis.
Raising Proforma Invoice and keeping track of payments.
Skill to obtaining orders from International Customers.
Keep track of all documents, certificates as assigned for all the shipment consignments.
Sending require samples to clients on required basis.
