Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
Manage B2C Business -Sale to farmers – Sell LeanAgri services to farmers through farmer meetings and other relevant activities
Manage and lead a team of sales associates
Onboard agri-input dealers and distributors as channel partners
Onboard FPOs and FPCs as sales partners
Coordination with farmers - Collecting soil samples, maintaining farm profile, etc.
Farmer Interaction - Forming WhatsApp groups and driving discussions
Willing to stay in village full-time/part-time and travel across the locations
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Graduate degree in any field
Minimum three years experience in agri-sales
Must be fluent in Marathi language
Ability to interact with diverse set of groups ranging from farmers to traders

Travel allowance and daily allowance would be provided for farm visits
Candidate must possess a vehicle for travelling
