About the Rolern• Create technical documents for IT Operations & Infrastructure functions. Write content for on-line help files, reference materials, educational materials, procedural and policy manuals, user guides, technical reports and instructional materials that explain the installation, operation and maintenance of IT & infrastructure devices Research subjects by analyzing reference materials (for example, specifications, blueprints, diagrams, maintenance & training manuals, reports) & consulting expertsrn• Prepare documentation plan for each document for monitoring progress and reportingrn• Select appropriate technology and media to deliver technical informationrn• Create, follow and enforce the use of consistent style and formatting by developing a house style guidern• Support Controller in creating other functional documentsrn• shall provide IMS technical products (e.g., GANTT charts, network diagrams, etc.)rnrnrnKey Skills rnrnProject Management, PM Tool, Technical Writing, Content Writing, Communication Skills, Written Communication, SRS documentations, Gnatt Chart rnrnKey Responsibilitiesrnrn• Conceptualize, research, plan, analyze, and author high quality technical documentation.rn• Ability to quickly learn and adapt technology, tools, and processes in a fast paced environment.rn• Lead initiatives to improve content quality and usability.rn• Experience in authoring articles and topics using minimalism principles.rn• Experience in Information Architecture methodologies, techniques, and implementation.rn• Possess the advanced knowledge, experience and recognized ability to be considered an expert in their technical/professional field, possess the ability to perform tasks and oversee the efforts of junior and mid-level personnel within the technical/professional discipline.rnrn• Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and data quality.rn• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain data governance processes.rn• Interpret data, and analyse results using statistical techniques.rn• Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns relating to key performance indicators in complex data sets.rn• Use analysed data to create reports identifying process improvement opportunities rn• On request of Head of Quality & Performance Analysis prepare and create reports for other RAQ departments to assist with on-going quality management.rn
