Job Description

Urgent requirement for Admin Executive in Info Park .

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Local travel to Government Offices, banks, stores etc. (male candidate preferred)

· Dealing with Government Officials and maintaining good relationship with them

· Statutory works like EPF, Welfare Fund, TDS, and ESI

· Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally

· Support Accounts Receivable, including banking, invoicing, and data input

· Generate professional quality reports and accurate documentation

· Maintain efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records

· Monitor office supply levels and reorder when appropriate

· Other duties as directed from time to time by his Supervisor

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (male candidate preferred)

· Proficiency in English (verbal and written)

· Exemplary planning and time management skills

· Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

· Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations

· Discretion with personal and confidential information

· Good inter-personal skills

· Good Book-keeping and accounting skills

· Good computer skills including MS Word and MS Excel
