Job Description

Urgent requirement for Tele Marketing Specialist in Info Park.

Manage large amount of incoming calls
Generate sales leads Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell a product.
Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails. Consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base
Ensure customer follow- up all the time

Requirements: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative of minimum 6 months .
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characteristics Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multitask ,prioritize and manage time effectively.
