U.S. based software company is looking for a Senior US IT Recruiter
Job Description:
• Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in US Technical Recruitment.
• Should have years of experience in W2 and C2C requirements and placements.
• Ability to source candidates through Portals, social networking sites, referrals, etc.
• Should possess excellent screening skills.
• Should be responsible for detail evaluation of candidates against specific IT requirements.
• Excellent negotiation, written and oral communication skills.
• Must be target oriented and self-starter.
• Format candidate resumes and submit them to hiring managers via the vendor portals
• Must have a proven track record of recruiting through cold calling, as well as lead generation, and have experience in interview preparation, placement and closing.
• Willing to work in Night Shift.
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment &should meet the target.
• Should have prior experience in handling direct clients & company.
