For the post of Senior Steward (F&B Service)
No of post: 2 Posts
Functional Area: Room Service
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Serve guests according to order taken by himself or by his superior in courteous, professional and attentive manner
• Interact professionally with guests and the employees in the kitchen and Stewarding
• Establish and maintain professional & effective communication within the Food & Beverage department and other coordinating departments
• Report on duty punctually in appropriate attire and grooming standards as specified by the establishment
• Follow the organizations regulations, policies and procedures in regard to hygiene, fire and safety and health regulations
• Establish and promote professional teamwork within the department and the organization in general
• Adhere to established sequence and standards of service and operating procedures applicable to the outlet he is assigned to
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management
• Attend departmental & outlet briefing
• Do complete Mise-en-place and ensure the standard
• Take Food & Beverage orders, places the same in the kitchen, pick up ordered food from the kitchen and serves the same to the guests
• Pick up food, beverage and general stores as per outlet requirement

Salary: INR 9,500-10,000/- p.m
