Job Description
Education: Diploma/Degree/ Masters in Information Technology or Computer Sciences
Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in Software testing.
Required Experience, Skills:
Resolve issues related to software
Troubleshoot software and identify root causes of software problems
Resolving technical issues with the development team and work closely with software engineers and development teams to identify and resolve potential issues
Receive mails and calls from clients who are experiencing technical issues and or query with the software.
Assist the clients in troubleshooting problems, diagnose issues with software installation and application, identify sources of the problem and offer solution and provide end to end issue solution.
Become an intermediator between the client and technical department for better understanding and getting the process streamlined.
Activation of software in coordination with field support executives.
Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
Understanding & working knowledge of business applications will be an added advantage
Experience in Accounting Systems and retail POS systems would be an added advantage
Understanding of LAN and WAN communication and configurations.
