TYPE OF JOB: Estimation Engineer/Cost Estimation/understanding contract
conditions, tech spec, drawing etc/ marketing based on company’s
strength.

QUALIFICATION: Diploma/ Btech (Civil Engineering)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Finding the suitable tenders for the
companies, getting quotations from different parties and quoting the
tender after the rate analysis and understanding technical
specification, bid conditions, site conditions and contract conditions,
uploading the E-tender and checking result, Coordination of tender
reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the
customers, Fulfilling all the formalities until the work is awarded and
LOA is handed over.


TECHNICAL SKILLS: AUTO CAD, MS OFFICE, CAD, Operations, Autodesk
Quantity take off and other cost estimation software are preferred, but
not mandatory.

SKILLS REQUIRED- Analytical skill to find the best tenders for the
company, Skill to get the best quotation from different parties,
experience in handling the entire tendering process independently, rate
analysis, rate estimation, on site experience in a major project, skill
to understand technical specifications (civil, electrical & mechanical),
understanding the drawing properly, good communication skill with
vendors.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum 10 years’ experience in E-tendering/rate
estimation & costing and 2 years’ experience on site.
