Urgent requirement for Customer Care Executive in Ernakulam

· Experience in online customer service, both chat and voice

· Proven ability to convert inquiries into sales is a plus

· Positive attitude

· Displays a willingness to learn and adapt

· Can work on shift schedule 24/7

· Must know the following languages:

- English

- Malayalam

- Hindi

- Tamil

· Prefer females for both positions.
