Key Tasks/Activities:
Collection and consolidation of market information
Finalising productwise monthly targets
Developing Sales Plans for the team and monitoring performance
Plan and carry out meeting with key customers
Preparing plan for periodic customer meets
Tracking customer enquiries
Initiate Vehicle requirement proposals
Carryout periodic performance reviews and initiate corrective actions
Plan and organise training for the team/customers

Inventory control
Profitability
Customer & manpower retention
Proper utilization of Trade advance
Person Specifications, including Competencies
Degree/ PG in any Discipline.
8 to 10 years of experience in sales
Exposure in Sales of Commercial Vehicles will be an added advantage
