I have 8 year’s experience in Production Management and was Designated as Production manager in Spices exporting Company named GRK & Company, Eramalloor, Kerala, India and also have 7month experience in Marketing Gold loan and Designated as Assistant Branch Head (Manappuram general finance and leasing ltd). I have done my MBA in ICFAI National College and I completed my course in April 2010. My specialization is in Human Resource Management and Marketing and I got 3 months experience in insurance sector as a financial advisor during my studies.
I got good communication skills, ability to convince people in a logical and structured manner, from my experiences.

My strength is my attitude, I like to take challenges that I can do. My way of thinking that I will take both success and failure in a balanced manner because I have always been an optimist.
My short-term goal is: - I want a such platform where I can grow my career along with the organization.
My long-term goal is: - I want to be one of the reasons for the success of the organization.
