Certified Electrical Engineer having a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering who has
worked as the Electrical section head as well as Testing and Commissioning Engineer with a career span of 5 years. Projects
worked on Include managing the Operations and Maintenance of GCC’s largest bridge which is more than 25 km in length
through the sea, the King Fahd Causeway , that connects two countries Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, Electrical installations,
switch gears and Troubleshooting various Electrical issues. Worked as a testing and commissioning engineer in multiple
projects in power stations, in testing 66kV, 220kV and 400kV transmission lines. Laid cables connecting different substations
and performed Partial Discharge testing, Insertion Loss testing, HVAC testing and carried out designing of the cable system
along with the collaboration of ABB, Siemens, Viscas and LS cables. Working as a sub contract Electrical Engineer for the
projects of Mott Macdonald, ESB International and SNC Lavlin in Substation design and installation along with testing.
Certified Test engineer from OMICRON Academy along with MEP, QC and CAD.
The main skills include:
• Good Knowledge about Electrical testing and Commissioning, Maintenance and PMI.
• Relevant technical expertise (for example in test, design, development and operations)
• Investigating problems and diagnosing and repairing faults.
• Ability to prepare Operation & Maintenance Manuals.
• Experience of working to American and European standards for different clients
• Liaising with installation/project engineers.
• Strong decision-making skills, good trouble shooting and the ability to prioritize and plan effectively.
• Methodical approach to all tasks and Knowledge of electrical estimations, PLC, Panel boards.
• Scheduling and coordinating work to tight deadlines and willingness to work in all weather conditions.
