Marketing Executives

Each Franchisee is expected to maintain a marketing team of 10 executives in their territory. The marketing work model explains the projected income targetted by each Marketing Executives. A detailed guideline and training manual will be provided to extract maximum output from the Marketing team to the Franchisees.

Every franchisee can also appoint marketing executives for carrying out their sales and brand promotion activities. The marketing executives appointed are entitled to a percentage of commission on the sales generated for the franchisee. They will be monitored on a daily basis by the Franchisee. The marketing executives will have to report to the franchisee for execution of sales activities.

Franchisees can appoint marketing executives on the following salary package:

• Monthly salary of Rs.20,000 on the achievement of a compulsory minimum target of Rs.2,00,000 + 15% incentives on the amount achieved over and above Rs.2,00,000.

• Monthly salary of Rs.7,000 on the achievement of a compulsory minimum target of Rs.25,000 + 10% incentives on the amount achieved over and above Rs.25,000.

• They are eligible for getting Rs.1000/- per week for database collection.
Marketing executives will be able to achieve their monthly target of Rs.2,00,000/- based on a marketing plan given below:
