MANAGER – ACCOUNTS
The Accounting Manager is responsible for all areas relating to accounting functions and financial reporting. This position will be responsible for daily, weekly and monthly accounting tasks and activities. The Accounting Manager is also expected to make recommendations to the GM for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The Accounting Manager supervises one staff accountant. This position must meet tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation and financial reporting.

Responsibilities :
Apply a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure. Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close. Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information. Initiate budget and forecasting activities. Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Interface with other departments to verify transaction report data and issues. Advise staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions. Respond to inquiries from the GM regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like. Work with the retained CPA firm to ensure and clean and timely year end audit. Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met. Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department. Provide training to new and existing staff as needed. Work with direct report to establish performance goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.

Qualification
M.Com with an emphasis in accounting required; Chartered Accountant preferred. 5 to 7 years prior supervisory experience in the accounting/financial reporting areas. Experience working in a manufacturing environment is required. Must be PC proficient and experience with large automated accounting systems a plus. Must have strong experience with Open Office or Microsoft Excel and Word. Interface with TallyERP9 required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills required. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and be able to thrive in a fast paced work environment.

MANAGER – ALUMINIUM DIVISION
To head aluminium fabrication unit and manage all shop floor activity and oversee all functions from design to delivery & manage all shop floor activity and oversee all functions from design to delivery. Constantly monitor and improve productivity, customer satisfaction and handle trouble shooting. Should be familiar with all kind of aluminium fabrication, fittings, curtain wall related to building construction project. Experience in high rise buildings and villas projects will be an added advantage. Should be fully conversant with tender quoting and negotiations with consultants and clients. Also to supervise overall site jobs as well as to controlling of whole factory/department staff.

Qualification : 7 to 12 years and above in similar capacity and industry.
Salary not a constrain for the right candidate will match with qualification and experience – can be discussed and finalized.

AUTOCAD DRAFTSMAN – CIVIL
3 years UAE experienced multi-disciplines CAD technician with good communication skills.

Purpose : Study and assigned job, process shop drawings and create construction documents to support a variety of projects. Develop schematic and design development sketches and drafting. Design and draft working or master drawings for aluminium related works (Door, window and curtain wall). Interpret design concepts and determine the nature and type of detailed working drawings needed. Prepare the as built drawings. Very good communication skills. Good command of English language.

Skills:
Diploma in Draftsman or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Computer aided drafting skills and knowledge of drafting techniques and practices; AutoCAD experience

FACTORY ELECTRICIAN
2 to 3 years in an industrial environment.

Job Tasks :
Assemble, install, test and maintain factory electrical wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools. Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components. Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes. Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous. Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohm meters, voltmeters etc to ensure compatibility and safety of system. Use a variety of tools and equipment such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment including oscilloscopes, ammeters, and test lamps. Install ground leads and connect power cables to equipment, such as motors. Perform business management duties such as maintaining records and files, preparing reports. Repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using hand tool and power tools. Work from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Place conduct (pipes or tubing) inside designated partitions, walls, or other concealed areas, and pull insulated wires or cables through the conduit to complete circuits between boxes. Provide assistance during emergencies by operating floodlights, generators, operate fire extinguisher systems etc.

Key Tasks :
