We are a team of engineers, management experts, farming consultants, nutrition consultants for animals and innovative, persevering entrepreneurs.\\r\\n\\r\\nWe began our milk journey with a forgettable experience. We were involved in retailing milk in the city of Kochi, in the southern state of Kerala in India. We found that the milk we were packaging contained harmful chemicals, which was actually added at some stage of its (milk) procurement to preserve its quality.\\r\\nWe began an investigative journey, where we found that the chemicals were added at the source itself or at some stage of the supply chain. This was done primarily because there was no facility to chill the milk immediately after milking. (Incidentally, bacteria in milk doubles every 2 or so hours in conducive temperature, which will lead to it\\\'s curdling).\\r\\n\\r\\nToday we realize that the dairy farmer in India has not grown as much as the dairy processing industry. Our endeavor is to support the Indian dairy farmer with a 3600 intervention in the dairy farm, to help the farmer grow.\\r\\nWe have since, been working under various banners and organizations since 2008 to assist the dairy farmer. It took us a few years to understand the challenges and nuances of dairy farming. From various failures, small wins, hurdles and challenges, CowMoo was born. Today we support farmers in the area of Cow comfort focused economical farm construction, nutrition support in the form of silage and hydroponics, management support by means of a farm management software, mechanization with the help of economical and robust machinery, retail support by presenting to the market a state of the art online chilled milk vending machine (Any time milk). We also provide training to aspiring farmers in our partner farms.\\r\\n\\r\\nOur journey continues and we continue to adopt best farming practices and pass it on to our farmer friends.
