Job Description

Key responsibilities will include:


Create, edit and print .STL, .OBJ files
Manage 3D print requests of customers via phone / e-mails
Work with customer to finalise the design file for final print
Use different brands of FDM, SLA, DLP printers to print final prototype
Regular follow-ups with customers by phone, email and skype sessions
Planning and organising customer follow-ups and Skype sessions
Organising and attending events such as seminars , workshops, conferences and exhibitions

Skill Sets required:

Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
Good knowledge and experience of 3D design software
Mechanical engineer or other technical degree preferable
Good understanding of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Good analytical skills to come up with recommendations.
Dynamic personality, Management and leadership skills.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience.
Willingness to learn and passionate about the new task.
