Admin Job Responsibilities
ïƒ˜ Facilitate and ensure all statutory compliances for the division in time to time and maintain a calendar of returns for the monitoring and reporting.
ïƒ˜ Coordination of employeeâ€™s welfare activities of the division.
ïƒ˜ Coordinating all the admin related activities of the company which evolves from time to time.
ïƒ˜ Ensure the maintenance of office discipline by all the team members and coordination of disciplinary proceedings as per the orders of management.
ïƒ˜ Coordination with HR for the formulation/implementation of HR policies in the division
ïƒ˜ Be in charge of the public relation activities of the division.
ïƒ˜ Coordination of all types of repairs and maintenance for the division.
ïƒ˜ Indenting, sourcing, storage and proper distribution of office stationery.
ïƒ˜ All non operations procurement activities and coordination with vendors and service providers.
ïƒ˜ Purchase ( Pantry stuffs, other office related stationeries)
ïƒ˜ Issuing ID Cards, tag& other necessary equipments and instruments required for the smooth operation of the office and the premises.
ïƒ˜ Ensuring Bank account opening for the new employees
ïƒ˜ Vendor, Guest and Client management.
Accounts Job Responsibilities:
ïƒ˜ Updating &Preparation of accounting Vouchers â€“ Cash, Bank & Journals
ïƒ˜ Complete Day to day accounting procedures
ïƒ˜ Maintaining proper system & entries in accounting software
ïƒ˜ Proper Documentation of voucher & other records
ïƒ˜ Bank reconciliation ïƒ˜ Branch Reconciliation
ïƒ˜ Prepare & Help management to prepare various reports Weekly, Monthly & yearly
ïƒ˜ Payment to Creditors ïƒ˜ Coordinate for Monthly SOFTEX filing
ïƒ˜ Coordinate with Audit team for quarterly Auditing.
ïƒ˜ Follow up Debtors â€“ overdue & report
ïƒ˜ Guide & Coordinate assistants
