Urgent requirement for Administration Executive in Thrissur .

Job role & Responsibilities
Admin
Coordinating all the admin related activities of the company which evolves from time to time.
Coordination of all types of repairs and maintenance for the division.
Indenting, sourcing, storage and proper distribution of office stationery.
All non operations procurement activities and coordination with vendors and service providers.
Purchase ( other office related stationeries)
Issuing ID Cards, tag & other necessary equipments and instruments required for the smooth operation of the office and the premises.
Ensuring Bank account opening for the new employees

Hr Support
Participating in recruitment efforts
Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records
Managing payroll and labour section related works.

Skill Requirements
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
