Job Description

- Co-ordination with customers for orders, payment follow-ups, taking care of over dues.
- Looking order for over Domestic Markets & Exports Markets.
- Responsible for the overall order execution process- including planning, forecasting, dispatching, receipt of orders from the customers.
- To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone and email
- Follow up the customers for the closure status
- Coordinating with various teams like Accounts dept, logistic dept, Sales Team manufacturing dept etc.,
- Preparing monthly, weekly, Daily sales reports and submitting the same to the senior level management
- Knowledge about Garment Merchandising / Sampling
