Job role : Business Development Associate .



We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Associate (on-call Sales) to deliver exceptional account management support and sales conversion activities for new and repeat business. The role will suit someone with a positive can-do attitude who can build strong relationships.



Responsibilities:

Serve as the customers primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers that create loyalty

Ensure the timely ordering of our solutions, disputes, pricing/proposals and request according to customer needs and objectives.

Analyze and assess the in-depth needs of potential clients.

Make outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers.

Creatively work with team members on sales strategies

Maintaining an accurate record of all leads and actual sales.
