Job Description
Key responsibilities will include:
Handling pre-sale enquiries via phone / e-mail
Gathering customer needs and reporting that to manager
Updating the CRM and managing the sales pipeline regularly
Regular communication with the customers and channel partners order requests
Planning and organising customer follow-ups and Skype sessions
Organising and attending events such as seminars , workshops, conferences and exhibitions
Coordinating with accounting team on regular basis for sales receivables
Generate PI for customers and synch with logistic team for final shipment and invoice
