Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:-
· Identifying new opportunities and clients.
· Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
· Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
· Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries.
· Providing management with client/market feedback.
· Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
· Ability to identify client needs and deciding deliverables for the same.
· Keep prospective client database updated
· Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
· Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers.
Skills:
· Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Strong knowledge in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
· Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
· Good negotiation, convincing, and client servicing skills.
· Clear presentation & listening skills are mandatory
· Knowledge of productivity tools and software.
· High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.

· Qualification: Graduation / Post Graduation from any stream required.
