Job Description
To grow our business in the north of Europe we are looking for a Business Development Manager. He or she will have to build a network of agents in the different countries with a focus in the first period on Benelux and UK.

Key Duties/ Responsibilities
The business development manager will be responsible for the sales, the offering, contracting and customer satisfaction. The business development manager will report on a weekly basis to the executive board of Gadgeon Europe and work closely together with the software and engineering factories.

Qualification
Master's degree in computer science, hr or equivalent

Preferred Skills
Fluent speaking and writing in English
French speaking is a plus
Min 5 year's experience in sales
On top of his experience in out-and co-sourcing the candidate should have a large network in the ICT or engineering world on which he can rely.
