o Designation: They will be hired on the rolls of HDFC Sales as
Management Trainee. The probation period will be 6 months & on
confirmation they will be designated Officer – Sales.

o Job Description: CCST will follow up and convert leads through
call-center and also generate their own customer references.

· Outbound Home Loan Sales

· Loan Disbursement Coordination


o Qualification: MBA/PGDBM/MCOM/BCOM fresher from a non – mortgage
industry
o Candidates must have good communication skills.
o Target oriented
o Positive attitude
o Must be ready to work on weekends and holidays as per appointment
scheduled
o Should have his own two wheeler to commute - Mandatory
o Gross per annum 1,92,000
o Incentives extra on sanction, disbursement and insurance.
o No reimbursements (mobile and fuel)
