JOB Profile

Quality Checking after production & dispatch of Chemical product.

To conduct quality certification for our company at a joint venture.

Quality testing of incoming raw material, packing material & finished products.

Physical analysis (sieving , sorting and visual inspection ) and chemical testing of raw material Agri commodities , SMP & WMP ( Protein, Ash, Fat, Acidity), Refind Palm Oil ( FFA, acid value, peroxide value, iodine value, melting point ) Packaging materials and finished product ( fat , total Ash, acid insoluble ash, moisture percentage, protein, Calorific value.

Implementation of QA System, ISO, CCP, GMP, HACCP, GLP.

Conducting a internal audit every month and hygiene inspection .
Ensure the quality parameters for the raw products, in-process stock and finished good that meet with the laid specifications.
Control on packaging quality for all the products.
