The primary focus of this position will be to carry out analysis of streamflow measurements, groundwater level data, and water balance modelling using a variety of tools including current industry accepted computer modelling software to support Permit To Take Water studies.
Typical PTTW related assignments will involve processing of monitoring data, hydrological assessment of historical gauge data, irrigation water balancing modelling, analysis of irrigation water taking data, assessment of groundwater level data and drawdown analysis, well capacity analysis.
Other duties will include supporting intermediate and senior engineers and technologists in the preparation of designs, proposals, project reports, tender documentation, permit applications, production of preliminary and detailed design drawings, coordination of approvals and development of construction cost estimates.

Qualifications

• BE / BTech Engineering - Civil
• Diploma in Civil Engineering
