Job Description

Typically serves as Construction Engineer to work on construction related activities for ongoing proposals/projects.
Responsible for construction deliverables of ongoing proposals and works as a Site Engineer during execution stage.
Responsible for construction related inputs for proposal preparation.
Required to prepare Technical documents related to construction work including Construction Execution Plan, Constructability Reports, Resources requirement, work out construction duration and give inputs to EPC schedule preparation, Work out and give inputs on construction cost estimates.
Responsibility typically includes serving as the point of accountability to construction management.
May need to travel to attend to business related matters. Need to relocate at construction sites during execution stage of project sites.
Basic Job Requirements

Graduate Engineer with 0-2 Years of experience in Construction Site Management activities of similar projects.
Detailed experience in preparation of LSTK, EPCM & PMC proposals of similar projects. Should be strong in estimation and analysis of construction work.
Sound working knowledge of HS&E requirements and implementation of same.
Strong and proven ability to plan and manage the construction activities.
Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and national statutes and guidelines.
Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but not limited to management, co-workers, clients, vendors, contractors and other stakeholders.
Basic computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, e-mail, spreadsheet, and electronic presentation programs

Preferred Qualifications

Construction Management degree or global equivalent
Typically has 0-2 years of project experience
Ability to speak/read multiple languages
Basic computer and software skills to include the use of word processing and email as well as the basic use of spreadsheets
