o Designation: They will be hired on the rolls of HDFC Sales as
Management Trainee. The probation period will be 6 months & on
confirmation they will be designated Officer – Call Center.

o Job Description: Will follow up and convert leads through
call-center.

· Credit Eligibility Assessment

Attending and calling customers
Preparing and consolidating reports
Lead generation and conversion of leads
Query resolution and customer interaction over phone
