• Responsible for the customer communication strategy and performance.
• Constantly tracking the Visibility and Ad campaigns to analyse conversions per Ad placement to make changes for better performance.
• Improve member engagement by optimizing UX.
• Create and manage cataloguing and pricing on website & App.
• Create and Manage promotional activities in website and App.
• Create and manage content in the app and website.
• Conduct competitor analysis.
• Develop and execute the strategic online marketing plans.
