Job Description

As Follows;-
Must have good knowledge in different Pumps, gear box, Valves, Compressor, Chiiler, Cooling Tower, High speed packing machine, Extruder, Utilities.
Eliminate chronic problems.
Ensuring compliance of preventive maintenance of the equipments.
Ensuring that history of the equipments is recorded in proper manner.
Implementation of the departmental modification, suggestion and projects.
Ensure the safety measures are taken care while carrying out the jobs.
Ensure availability of spares by timely indenting the items and their follow up.
Generating reports for management.
Ensure that there is maximum utilization of manpower.
Handling grievances of subordinates, if unmanageable, pass on to superiors.
Impart cost awareness in the subordinates.
Cutting the cost of maintenance by reducing the consumables or by developing cheaper source of supply.
