Job Description
Job Responsibilities
· Responsible for heavy calendar management
· Managing Internal and External Communication on behalf of the organization
· Managing International correspondence on behalf of the Director whenever required
· Requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings followed by distribution of minutes of meeting.
· Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary
· Must apply knowledge of data research and manipulative analysis on a regular basis to enable decision making by the director
· Assist Director in conducting monthly, quarterly, & annual reviews.
· Must be able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks independently.
· Assisting the Director in the Strategic decisions and Business Reviews.
· Work in close co-ordination with Director and regularly providing him with vital analytical inputs on business matters
· Formulation of Marketing & Sales Strategies in the International Arena to meet organizations growth objectives.
· Analyze market past trends, customer expectations, and methodology suitable to gather information of future trends in technology, pricing & customer service Initial Follow up for new projects and developments to explore new business opportunities.
· Liaising with Business Associates and Partners in all matters even in the absence of the Director to ensure smooth functioning
· Monitor guest relations personnel to ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure
· To handle Travel and Logistics
· Hotel Reservations etc.
Key Skills
· To understand the market environment in which the organization operates
· Capacity to deliver results as part of a business plan.
· Strong commercial awareness
· Excellent client relationship skills
· Liaising and influencing at senior levels, both internal and external
· Excellent verbal communication skills& any other foreign language will be an added advantage.
· Open to international travels.
· Short hand must.
· Sales background will be an added advantage
· Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)

Office coordinator: 0-2 years (Preferred)
